Well, this is me, myself, I, Matt Rowland. This is me saying I’m happier then I ever could be. This is me admitting I love to take my pants off at any given chance no matter who is around. A dog named Ashley.

This week I’ve done a lot of awesome things and they’ve all been centered around friends and a dog named Ashley.

Currently I’m laying on a couch with Ashley and she just understands me. I took her for a run the other night and for some reason it was the most refreshing 15 minute I’ve had in a while.

She understands my life has changed and will continue to change. She also seems happy for me, which is awesome because I am happy.

This week she’s seen me have the best time of my life with my friends and watched me laugh and smile with Kaitlyn.

I guess what I’m trying to say is a dog will always understand, or maybe Ashely just understands me.

Music Video: Good Luck Varsity - “Lakes”

Had never heard of these guys before, but glad I stumbled across ‘em. Their harmonies; holy shit. Reminds me a lot of The Mile After, if any of you remember them. They had three vocalists who meshed so well. This song will probably be on repeat for a while. You can stream their new EP, Thrones, in its entirety on their bandcamp.
